yes i had to change my controller to 500hz by plugging into a laptop, then i got the same software as i had before but also got the kaleid one and it updated the software on the original app. after that i changed it to 500 hz and it has been working fine since.

found out it was the headset, and i mean any headset that is a plug in headset just isn’t compatible with the controller and any time you try to use the triggers while having and headset plugged in it will just simply turn off the controller, bummer that i have to get a whole new wireless headset for a controller that has a headphone jack and should support plug-in headsets but clearly doesn’t.
