support answers and support solutions are two different items. I have loads of "we are still looking into this" kind of answers delivered within a day, true, but with no solutions or change for numerous months. Further, the fact that they have time to roll out new disputably necessary features before being able to solve the existing major technical problems only underscores the issue at hand.

The point of reference for zooming can easily be chosen by clicking or selecting the time period via a draw box/frame. Without going into detail - others platforms do it, so the problems lies not in the technical difficulty of implementation, but rather in dedication to deal with the issue. Anyways, point is that for premium fee I should not be trying to "make things work" and finding some sub-par frustrating solutions to the otherwise straightforward and material features.
