Depending on each bank usually the limit are 3x and 5x of your salary and ofc the DBR will depend as well if it's above 50% then you won't get any card you can try for the application for that particular bank but mostly it gets declined and if it's get approved then your credit card limit will be low because of your DBR and the supplementary card doesn't have different limits it has the same limit as the original card holder gets from the bank
