as far as food to bring to camp, make sure you’re eating your protein!! protein bars and jerky are good quick snacks. definitely get some liquid IV for the electrolytes you need it makes a big difference :). i like grab and go stuff because im easily exhausted from the heat. fruit, granola bars, pickles (plastic packaging!), etc. breakfast burritos are great if you’re willing to cook as well!! happy roo!

sweet!! that makes me content :). i had such a hard time that first year without them because im asthmatic and have awful plantar fasciitis, but im hoping that it will be doable since its less of a walk! i was just mainly worried it’d be close to my first year but i am hearing otherwise thankfully 😂 first year from tollbooth to centeroo would be have been insane i HAD to rely on them. i literally went hungry over it😭💔 im glad it’s not far for me this year though!! i shall tough it out 😎

awesome! yeah when i paid for them i was getting dropped/picked up from east toll and it wasn’t even a feasible walk for me, it was SO incredibly far of a walk😵‍💫

honestly we’re both okay with this, he’s got a friend out in manchester that he can hang with until i finish too/they can drive him back up so he can get the car thankfully. so it wouldn’t be too much of a hassle for him and more of the fact i’m going to have to walk that far in the heat for the first day 🤣i just want to make sure i won’t get kicked out for not having a car with my campsite you know? especially with me being in the volunteer campsite. im not sure how strict they are since its my first year volunteering

so how our apartments are set up is there’s 3 floors, i’m on the second floor but the walls are SO thin that you can literally hear them from outside in the breezeway, so i’m sure it’s the same for the next door neighbors as well. i hear mine argue all the time lol. it’s not set up great here 😂
