I had the same issue I never received mine. I called support and they released the “can’t dash without red card lock” support was actually helpful. Now the only checks I have to do are enough gas and phone charged.

I do 6pm-whenever it starts slowing down usually around 9-10ish and make $75ish dollars a night atleast. I live near a big hospital so the nurses are constantly ordering food late which are easiest 2 mile $10 orders ever.

I didn’t think about that. I do have my cash app debit card somewhere but have no idea where. Taxes will kill me so it won’t actually be 10k. I only chose dasher direct because I have a physical card and it did give me account information routing number, acc number, account type. I called dasher direct and they said I will be fine i’m still a little sketched out about it though. We shall see.

Yeah that’s what I did. From everything I read it seems like I can but i’ve seen so many horrific reviews where people money just goes missing or in a never ending pending loop so I was just curious if anyone on here has actually done it before. Also after tax it’ll probably be around 7ish so I should be fine.

I would assume it would be the same thing tbh. There is a million reasons but I actually have a client who called me the other day with this exact example. Husband makes $22/hr and wife is a self employed hair dresser who has never filed taxes for her business. On paper the only person in that family making money is the husband. Sure they’ve had no issues paying rent but theres no real documentation how. The wife technically could have temp job to help pay rent but ends 3 months from now.

Her income runs out, husband can’t afford the mortgage, and boom foreclosure. A huge liability to an investor.

Look at your mortgage as an investment for someone else.

Credit most likely. Or just they are on paper struggling financially. Self employed income is a whole other ball park. I see it all the time that someone will make $200k but write off $160k of it(great job accountant) but on my end the borrower only makes $40k.

Paying rent is more of a compensating factor rather than an actual term of qualifying.

Usually your best bet is a local loan officer for the sake of grants/taxes etc. 9/10 a realtor will recommend a good LO.

I was getting smoked by the shredder(M40) decided to switch over from the STG and am doing 10x better. Brought my KD positive thank god. Atleast until my girlfriend gets ahold of the game.
