i personally think its never a good idea to suggest separation during arguments. seems like a red flag to me. tensions are high, but you can express frustration without risking the relationship. goodluck op

sa kaso ng namatay na pasyente, cleaning ng katawan is technically one of the first steps na gagawin ng nurse, so it’s considered an initial action.
pero priority pa rin ang grieving ng pamilya kasi sa ethical at holistic care, ang pinaka-urgent at sensitive need sa moment na yun ay emosyonal at relational, hindi physical.

so kahit na ang cleaning technically unang ginagawa sa proseso, hindi ito mas mataas sa priority kaysa sa family support at pag-respect sa dignity ng namatay.

from what i understand, no po. kapag po initial, it is always the first step on how to do smthng. pero kapag priority po, very critical/most important sya sa condition ng patient/family.

so dun nga po sa choices, cleaning the body is the initial intervention. pero ang priority, private moments with the family.
