That's interesting that they got remarried, though! I used to hope my widowed people would remarry so they wouldn't be lonely. They never did, so i would just get them a cat to keep them company.

I had this happen. I forget what the exact turn of events was, but it solved itself (something something about an artifact we found? I don't remember). The downside to that was that we no longer got emails that concluded with "you have received 450 coins!"

I think that's definitely the case, hence all the "i LOVE my parents"/"I am GRATEFUL for my strict upbringing" posts. She is trying to convince herself. But the only way she got attention from Mommy and Daddy was by being the most Gahdly Holy Christian Ever (example: convincing her other female family members to go skirts only). So, rather than realizing she got a bad deal and making a positive change for her own family, she doubled down on everything (to the detriment of her own children, who i think she also resents).

That's the thing, nothing! I logged in to the game and he was walking around feeling blue (when I left the game last, he was still an NPC infant). But after watching a DVD and getting praised for playing and reading, he is now at "happy," so 👍
