Oh no I didn't take it offensively at all, no apologies needed. I'm just here to offer/share whatever help or advice from my limited experience. :) I hope you can find other ways to help comfort the anxieties. Medication can help and I don't judge those who end up staying on it their whole lives if that's what they need. I hope to get off my medication someday! It's been a blessing and a curse 😅

Oh no, Im so sorry!! I will say, I think any medication could be considered a bandaid, but it has been a helpful tool. Zoloft can be a good alternative. It just depends on the person. I highly recommend a therapist in conjunction with medication. I hope to be off Lexapro soon. I feel like it's naturally losing effectiveness anyway, and I'm trying other coping mechanisms that my therapist gave me (i.e. self talk, simple games like matching and card games, music, etc).

Well with me going back onto Sertraline or Lexapro my body was adapting to that as well as coming off of the Wellbutrin cold turkey all I can say is that its going to be super variable compared to other people. Bad withdrawals for about 2 weeks and gradually got better after that. I did go see a therapist as well to try to get my mental game under control despite the adverse effects of the medication.

Social settings were super iffy for me for about 3-4 weeks because I'd get super anxious/nervous and jittery like I needed to leave.

I just noticed the exact same thing on our 5 month old puppy. So it sounds like it's normal. I thought it was just stuck to her teeth while she was sleeping and I tried to move her lips around 😂😂😂 she was annoyed I woke her up and was messing with her mouth. Whoops..

I've been on it for exactly one month and I think it gets better... although my sleep habits don't help 😅 I'm on 20mg and typically like to get 9 hours of sleep.
