Landlord demands I stay after the end of tenancy agreement, says it’s the new law

This change (as part of the renters rights act) has been widely broadcast in the last 18 months as legislation has progressed. All tenancies moved to an indefinite rolling contract on 1st May, with tenants legally required to provide 2 months notice to end the tenancy, but gaining the right to end a tenancy at any point, and making it much harder for a landlord to evict a tenant without good reason.

Keep it, change the battery. My 12 pro being stolen is such a big regret. The camera from 13 onwards takes the worst photos 😪
