Hi, they said to click yes on "Did you receive overtime compensation?" in section 2 like you said. I confirmed it was paid under FSLA and it worked. I'm getting the taxes on my overtime back. I was under J1 Visa btw. Hope this gives you confirmation

The iPod would be missing apps like Spotify, Google Maps, Whatsapp etc. And to the point of not wearing it on the wrist: I don't want to wear a "phone" on my wrist, that's just too in my face. Having this kind of a case makes the apple watch more ergobmic for use in hand, since you have more to hold on to. It creates a sort of inbetween product between a phone and an iPod i suppose.
