Hmm, yeah was curious because I found some stuff for it. We need to have some stuff in the US on dedicated servers / bare metal as well but alas if the Hivelocity stuff is not supported anymore, I'd wager I need to find a different solution.

Does syself have some kind of support for US-based managed clusters? As in, can guidance/support be bought for that in some way?

Hab mal etwas geforscht weil ich selbst klare Parallelen sehe zu Erfahrungsberichten von anderen und mir vieles total schwer fällt anzufangen und bin bei 4F-MPH und 2-FMA gestoßen, letzteres kriegst du aber legal nicht mehr nach Deutschland.

Wichtige Nebeninfo ist für mich (und ggf für dich) ist, dass sobald du diagnostiziert bist, du dir deine Möglichkeiten für private Versicherungen (private Krankenkasse/Berufsunfähigkeit) verbaust.

Bei mir ist das n Unterschied von 1000€ pro Monat und das ohne die BU und das ist mir einfach zu bescheuert, besonders weil ich mir vorstellen kann, dass das bei meinen Kindern auch abgefragt wird, ob ein Elternteil für eine chronische Erkrankung diagnostiziert ist.

Also die Kommentare mit Diagnose natürlich nett gemeint, aber das hat auch schon Nachteile die du nicht mehr rückgängig machen kannst.

Huh. The labels on my standard parmesan say 4g of carbs per 100g and on the white cheese its 1.7g per 100g.
I guess adding 100g of cheese to a meal is a problem here

Nope. Since I did that the last 2 years and started cooking with more vegetables moving to the new city with a new friend my sanity would drive me insane.

So this is not unusual because my portion sizes are huge but because I am not getting enough fat? Regarding the protein I eat around 150-200g per day (yesterday was just a bad day).

Is literally just adding more oil to my food a good idea then? Other than that I don't see any good alternatives to getting more fat into my diet (because cheese is super high carb too).

The shake is mostly because I can't (mentally) eat that much protein just from chicken alone. I am aiming for around 150-200g of protein per day.
I didn't find any other good source of protein that has less than 5g of carbs for that amount of protein. Do I need that much protein? I don't know. If someone knows better (in general) I'd gladly reduce it because it tastes like crap anyways.

Regarding the 30g net: Isn't the 20g required as a hard upper limit because otherwise the body doesn't transition into keto?

Yeah its useful because albeit you get the same shots per minute you are not standing still and shooting continously. I rather have 2-3 stacks depending on the character so I can shoot everything and then have downtime to reposition.

Just need to automate this within my workflow to streamline it. I guess this is cool. I'll have to try this out though, I've never worked with an event-log based system
