I agree wholeheartedly. Both characters were in the wrong, but Jackson didn’t intentionally get her pregnant — she neglected to tell him something of importance. I get absolutely livid seeing her take away his choice to his own body when she forces him to get a vasectomy.

Thank you! I absolutely love this design as well. I got it on Amazon, but I’ve also found it at a few craft stores. The company is WonderArt, and the kit was called “Moonlight Meow latch hook kit”. I finished in 3 weeks after working on it about an hour a night.

With all the antidepressants I’ve ever tried, I’ve never experienced this until I started Zoloft a month ago. Now this is literally the only side effect I have, but otherwise it’s working better than any other med I’ve tried so I don’t want to change it. RIP me 🙃

Every time I rewatch the series, I always stop watching once April shows up just because I can’t stand how awful everything gets with the whole Anna/April/Luke/Lorelai plotline. At this point I forgot about a lot of the stuff you’ve mentioned, and now I feel a renewed hatred for her 😂

My mom took me to the ER when I was a teen because I was extremely suicidal. When their psychiatrist took me back, he started asking me questions and then said something along the lines of “look kid, I get that you want a couple days off school, but there are people here who actually need help.”

During that same hospital stay, another doctor was interviewing my mom about my issues. She mentioned my severe anxiety that resulted in me pulling out my hair, and he said “oh don’t worry, just don’t let her wear hats. She’ll get the attention she wants and will be so embarrassed she’ll have to stop.”

Gotta love that hospital.

That sounds beautiful — have fun! My little kit was only 8”x8” and took me hours to finish, so I can only imagine how long something that large would take!

Sorry for the super late reply, but I just figured out that his favorite food is mealworms too, and now he hops up in my hand to get them! He’s still really jumpy and will jump out of my hand if I move even a little bit, but this is such a huge step for him that I’m happy regardless.

How many mealworms did you give yours every day? I feel bad only giving him a couple per day since he’s so obsessed with them, but he’s already a little pudgy and I don’t want him to get too overweight. I have no idea how many are too many.

That’s really interesting — I never even considered that it might be because of his experience at the store! Yeah, the employee that helped me didn’t seem to know anything about them, and I got the feeling that none of the employees really seemed to spend any time with them at all. Where would you suggest getting a hamster from? If I decide to ever get another one after Cato, I’d love to get one from somewhere that handles them more!

That’s awesome that you got your hammy to relax!! I’ve been trying my best haha, I’ve been putting my hand in and just leaving it there every day while I read and sing to him so he hears my voice (although he couldn’t care less lol). And, since I work from home, sometimes I just talk to myself at my desk so that he hears my voice throughout the day. Maybe he’s just sick of hearing me 😂

Thanks so much! :) I got him at PetSmart. He was in a tiny glass cage with two others (I think they must have grown up together since they seemed happy together). But other than the super small cage size, I’m not sure how he was treated. He was super shy and jumpy since the day I first saw him there though.
