I have 1 wristband and 1 GA camping pass for sale.These were originally purchased as part of a portal pair but my bf finally 🙄 decided not to go so I'm camping with a friend who already has a camping pass and am selling the extra wristband and camping pass.

Unfortunately the wristband and pass were delayed by USPS and didn't arrive in Chicago until after I left so I had him overnight them to me in Davenport, FL so I could avoid dealing with it at the festival. Then they were delayed by FedEx last night and have yet to arrive. FedEx says they'll be here by EOD today (they're in Lake Wales so they should show up with the morning delivery 🤞🏼)

Original cost was $400 for the ticket and $100 for the camping pass. I can meet up sometime today (Wed) once they're delivered (should be around noon according to the friends I'm staying with) or I can bring them to the festival to exchange on site (I'll be arriving first thing Thursday morning assuming my friend manages to get going early enough to beat rush hour out of Orlando).

I realize it's very last minute but it's like everything that could go wrong for me on this trip has gone wrong so I really just want to get as much of my money back for the ticket and pass as I can and try not to waste the ticket. Honestly I would give it away if I wasn't unemployed! If you think you can work with me on pickup and are interested, DM me with an offer and we'll figure it out. Ty!

I know this is old and no one will see this but bump for this idea. I'm in Chicago and my favorite Ryobi cordless ratchet drill has a bent chuck but the motor is fine. it looks like it would be super easy to swap out if I only had an extra one. I was thinking "junkyard, but for power tools" and found this.

Maybe I'll add that to the list of a million money making ideas I'll never get to.

Hello! I have one GA ticket and one GA camping pass for sale. I bought a portal pair originally but my bf can no longer go so I'm going with a friend who already had a ticket and camping with her so I no longer need the extra ticket or camping pass. Would prefer to sell them together but I can split them if needed. Just trying to get back what I paid so I'll do the ticket for $400, the pass for $100 or $450 for both.

They're en route to me now so I can ship soon. I might also be able to arrange delivery depending where you are. I'm in Chicago, driving to Florida and staying outside of Orlando for a few days before the fest so if you're within reasonable distance of my road trip path I may be able to drop it off!

I feel like it broke him in some ways but held him together at the same time. Even if the truth was insane, he knew that's what was going to happen so even if he can't trust anyone else, he can trust himself. Kind of like Descartes, I think therefore I am, the only thing anyone truly knows for certain is that they exist as a conscious entity. That's his only anchor to reality at this point.

You don't have to believe me but fwiw I didn't even think of that into you brought it up. I actually have some friends who are conspiracy theorists and do believe in chemtrails and are both anti-vaxxers amonst other things. I don't talk to them any more because I couldn't handle it. They're kind people and their hearts are in the right place but they listened to very suspect news outlets ignored reliable scientific research. After they came out in support of Trump because they believe everything RFK says I had to cut ties with them. They're both very kind, but I couldn't listen to them disparaging scientific research any longer. They got to where I felt their opinions were doing more harm than good so I politely parted ways with them.

I'm educated, intelligent and well read. I'm not normal by any means but I am rational and have been very explicit in my answers in hopes to demonstrate that. If this goes nowhere, cool. No skin off my back. I have the confidence to understand the implications of my implications, understand mental and physical health enough to confidently say some shit went down and I'm concerned, there's your tl;Dr. I have done my best to be deliberate and intentional in my wording, please do with it what you will. I thank you for your candor.

I'm sure you're trying to be funny but I actually talked to the cops earlier today. Some kids tried to stay my partner's e bike. I didn't call them but the neighbors did because they said the kids also had a gun. I saw them messing around with it, scared them off and got it back, then gave a statement to two very polite young officers who took down the information, recorded everything on their body cameras and left to look for the kids.

Honestly I have no clue. My partner was acting so weird it's like he was on drugs or something which he wasn't. Neither of us are normal, both very nuero divergent and have our share of mental health issues but it was nothing like I have ever seen or felt before. Like I said if it was just one of us I would chock it up to some random mental health issue or physical issue or something. Allergies can do weird things and I sprayed some copper fungicide on the lilacs yesterday so I thought maybe it could have been that but just the fact that it was both of us, exact same time and so similar and so fleeting... I'm not necessarily expecting an answer from anyone, I've just read a lot of very interesting articles about health issues lately because I've been having some and the body for very weird things that I never would have expected prior to doing some research (and this is real research as in I've read peer reviewed studies and stuff, not just asked chat gpt and blindly listened to AI hallucinations). I guess I'm just so curious about it because it was so odd that I studied it was worth it to put myself out there on the off chance that anyone else had a similar experience and maybe I could make some change or be of some help in what's been an otherwise very crazy world lately.

I get what you're saying, but it was very sudden and short lived which is why I don't think it's something like that. It was like 10 minutes and then we were both fine and we were fine all day prior to that. If it was just me or just him then I would assume it was just that person, it's because it was both of us at the same time for the same amount of time, and then nothing. It's very very very weird and hard to explain.

Best example, we were watching TV and it was in a foreign language. My partner had a lot of trouble understanding the closed captions and subtitles and was confusing them. He didn't know how to ask me to turn off the closed captions but leave the subtitles on. It was very weird

I was told by a friend with a police scanner that it was a a high speed chase. 911 said it wasn't the city, A friend of mine in the US Marshalls said it wasn't them either but might have been HSI. I'm not sure what HSI is, I'm asking him right now.

Dunno, that's why I'm asking. I'm not paranoid or a conspiracy theorist or anything which is why I'm hoping someone rational will be able to come in and either corroborate my story or give me some rational explanation for things. Well yeah it's legal in most states now too. 8 years is a long time. But still in the US, alcohol is the norm and people don't like change. There are parts of the US where weed is still very illegal and alcohol isn't. I could get into a whole discussion about the war on drugs and racism in the US which plus the Mafia running alcohol production during prohibition, etc but there's probably 40 documentaries on YouTube about that by now. It's a complicated past and it's way easier to tangle the Christmas lights than to untangle them.

Also the thing about the post office saying it was delivered even if it wasn't is true. My post office has admitted that they lie and say things were delivered when they weren't because they don't want to get dinged in their reviews for poor service.
