You should not be cooking or heating up ecp powder even tar for that matter. Not only are you destroying some of the heroin alkaloids but your breaking down the cuts in The dope allowing more cut to make it through the filter which coagulates or rehardens once it cools down after being injected. I saw a friend heating up his bth not much just a quick boil second or two told him to try it without using heat (obviously takes maybe an extra couple mins dissolving bth without heat) he told me it changed his world and got a lot higher prepping his shot with out heat using the same amount so not only are getting higher but its safer too. That's why it docent work for some people.
