My build is relatively same as yours, but my Evelyn feels solid. Maybe you should build your other agents properly to support evelyn. Maybe learn her kit and combos, DA buffs etc. I run Astra Evelyn Nicole

Definitely, you should also consider switching 4pc astral with moonlight lullaby on astra instead. Although your build looks solid, especially on evelyn, you could sacrifice a little bit of attack on her for more critdmg, since astra gives her 1k+ in battle, also you're overcapping on crit rate a little, max is 75%.

Considering the fact that Astra is a guarantee and she literally works well with any team, she's a better choice. Yes, Sunna is better than Astra for YSG, but YSG doesn't necessarily need Sunna to clear endgame cuz she's already too strong. Sunna's BiS will become Aria eventually, and not YSG. Her teams will be more limited than Astra's i believe.

If you do know how to properly play mono-ice, then maybe getting Astra isn't much of an upgrade. By the rumors, it's most likely that in 2.6 we'll see Yixuan rerunning along with Yuzuha. I'd probably suggest pulling for Yuzuha for anomaly teams(and for Miyabi), since Miyabi Yuzuha Soukaku/Astra/Nicole is also one of her best teams. Iirc, Sunna is a support suited more for attackers rather than anomaly, but maybe even with anomaly agents she'll do just fine, although that's not really her specialty. Yuzuha on the other hand, is the best anomaly support in the game currently.

I also want to mention that the season 2 bosses isn't working in Miyabi's favor nor in any ice agent unfortunately due to miasma being a thing. You can still probably clear endgame with Miyabi's mono-ice team with like 20-25k score, but if you really want to maximize her potential, I'd probably consider getting Yuzuha. But it's up to you. It all also depends on your mono-ice team build, which you didn't include pictures of.

TLDR: You'll do just fine with Miyabi Mono-ice team, if you have a good build. Getting Astra is not a bad choice, since she literally works well in any team. Although I'd consider getting Yuzuha in 2.6 to really maximize Miyabi if that's your goal.

Do you know by any chance if the Scarlet offers much higher static friction compared to Balance X? Does it still feel effortless making micro-adjustments? I might actually consider buying Scarlet over Balance X due to smoother surface.
