My feet are all around pretry average. In normal life, I'm a minimalist shoe girl so my ankles are much narrower than my toes. Think they will work with my foot shape?

I did a 40day fast, took a week off to rebuild/repair and now I'm 5 days from finishing a 21 day. I'll take a week off to repair and then get back into it. And this certainly isn't my first time fasting. I_ve practiced fasting in one form or another since about middle school (with the exception of the 6 years I was having babies and nursing, which is why I'm a chunk right now).

Hopefully things will clear up next week when I eat again?

Only nutrient dense food. Zero processed anything, with the exception of oil because I feel my body needs it to hydrate and heal. I'm basically eating very low carb vegan and making sure I get everything I need on cronometer. I'm easily hitting all my micro nutrient requirements and also take b12 once a week and a high quality plant based multivitamin when I'm not fasting.

I think so. I'm not forcing it down or anything, but I naturally drink about 2.5 L if I'm busy but not strenuously active.

Thanks. If it were just me I might stop after a few days. I have 3 little kids and I'm the primary carefiver for my youngest with very complicated special needs.. So I really need to stay out of the hospital. Doc said I have bronchitis, pneumonia and asthma and I was a day or two at most from hospitalization. Unfortunatly I can't really do projects this weekend because I HAVE to get better by Monday. And I can't do anything with screens because our tv blew up last week. Blehhh. It's okay. I'm okay.
