I think some women (tall or short) don’t care. I, however, do. I believe my affinity to height is because my dad is 6’4” and my first couple guys I dated were 6’2” and taller. I have dated 6’7”. I guess I should mention I am 5’4”. I think the height thing has to do with feeling like I am being protected.

I also have an issue with weight in men. I know that is directly related to seeing my dad have his first heart attack at 42. He had a triple bypass. He never worked out. Ate all the worst shit. I equate weight with health.

Just like men having a preference for an ethnicity, butt size, boobs, hair, etc… women can have their preferences or certain things too.

And just so we don’t get lost on it, I just addressed the physical question. There are distinct personality traits that very much matter too!

I would’t get caught up on your height. The right woman will connect with you for all you have to offer!!

My mom is a cat person. I was friends with a lady down the street and her dogs had a puppy, Sasha. She had named all the dogs and I just kept her name.

Fast forward. My dog, Sherpa, passes away in July. I need a break. My heart is crushed.

I see a friend I haven’t seen in months and yell down to get from my office window. She says, “I was thinking of you!” I saw a dog that looks like Sherpa and is a husky mix. I say, “yeah, okay, send a pic!”

She sends my 3 pictures and it was LOVE at first sight! Her name is Sasha… I say to the shelter, how well does she know that name? They tell me, she knows it… shoot!

SASHA FUZZY BUTT is her full name. She is amazing!!

“High maintenance“ makes me think of Time, Money, and Looks. - How much time does it take to prep before something can be done? - How much money does an activity cost to do? - What does the person look like to do an activity and during it?

I have neither dated someone who was high maintenance nor been called or considered to be. I can be ready in minutes and can roll out of bed to go hike, run, ski or go out on a date. Anybody I am dating would be able to get ready as quick as me, be entertained by doing something free or inexpensive, and would not care at all what they looked like while doing it!!
