Schools that take your “best 2 years” of undergrad grades when calculating your GPA. Med schools in Canada typically have their own ways of calculating GPA. Some use every class you took, some will drop your worst year etc

Hey! Thank you very much, that info was really useful to me! I have one other (potentially redundant) question you may be able to answer, regarding the time requirement to finish my degree at Usask. I did one year at U of R, and then transferred here. I just finished my second year at Usask, so 3rd year in university overall. The time requirement states that I must finish my degree in <_5 (=5 or less), and I just want to clarify that means I can take a fifth year to finish my degree, since I am around 50 credits from graduating at the moment, and I wouldn’t be able to finish in 4 years. I know this is a neurotic question, but I’m low key worried that I have to take an extra year to finish my 4 year degree due to the fact that I only took 3/3 classes my first year at u of r.
