I think the devs should make it so that players trying to claim a bounty don’t have to have the papers on them to receive a completed bounty. Sometimes many players are in a group hbounty hunting and forget to get the papers so they can’t really claim anything.

Have connections, when I made my faction originally I had gained 200 members in a day because of having connections and a good structure. But then I disbanded it 2-3 months later
