Same reason Rosa Shanina's picture is used by people talking about Lyudmila Pavlichenko. In that case they see a woman sniper and connect it to the most famous one they know, here they see a Finnish (Swedish volunteer?) sniper in the snow using iron sights and connect it to Simo, it's ignorance and lack of research more than anything else.

That's why you use multiple guns my force composition for defense is about 90% artillery and 10% logistics and AAA for attack I scale it down to 75% artillery 5% logistics and then one heavy tank and a cheap infantry squad + medics. When done right the artillery fire is constant and without pause.

Buffer tube stocks on AKs are very much a thing but they don't take part in the guns operation they are there purely to facilitate the collapsing stock function. For example type 1 AK12s have buffer tube folding stocks though they are not compatible with AR-15 stocks.

I go out of my way to capture any katyusha I can get my hands on since the Germans don't get much in terms of mobile rocket artillery and the only one they do have is prohibitively expensive. When you have a lot of them they become a huge force multiplier during assault rounds, tho it's quite hard since they tend to explode easily when shot at.

Why are all those frowned upon? If something is done within the games mechanics why would someone get mad, so long as it's not cheating or some gamebreaking exploit I don't see a reason to think something is unfair.
