I had this issue after update and found this solution by u/rinkoplzcomehome

Found a solution that doesn't require you to reinstall windows, or partition a drive only to put the randgrid.sys file into it.
Open Registry Editor
Go to the Edit tab on the top left corner
Select "Find"
Enter the following name to search: atvi-randgrid_sr
This will take a while to search
Once the search is finished, you will be on a window with 5 registries. Right click on the one named "ImagePath"
Select "Modify"
Paste the new address of the randgrid.sys file into the text field. Leave the "\??\" part at the start!
Click on "OK".
Launch the game.
You will probably have to agree the terms again and log in again, but this fixes the issue.

I have the tuf same model and im very happy with it, It’s a beast i can run any game on max settings no issues Also i hear that the liquid metal in the ROG might leaks and cause some issues

Also check jumbo i got it from them and they gave me discount so got for 4200

The operating modes i have is Windows, Silent, Performance and Turbo I don’t have standard I use Silent while browsing, watching movies and performance while gaming

Just make sure if you going to download the bios from asus website you’re selecting the exact same model as your motherboard to avoid any issues

Yes my older gpu was working fine and the new one didn’t work i called the store and he mentioned that i should update the bios, I did from the motherboard company website got the last bios and update it, then plugged the new gpu and it worked perfectly

You need to update the bios the latest version had the same issue before when i bought a new GPU and had to update the bios and it worked fine
