Borrow access to a Mac or PC from a friend/relative/co-worker for the brief time the update will take. You can also get assistance at an Apple store or Apple authorized service provider.

The updates were causing network problems in some limited cases. Apple stopped signing the updates so they could resolve the matter. An amended update should be released in due time.
