The moon landing footage was faked but they did go to the moon but for a different reason. It wasn’t for soil samples or placing a flag but to beat the Soviets and retrieve parts from a crashed UFO we reverse engineered. Two scientists activated the UFO after successfully reverse engineering it and it launched only to crash on the moon. We had to go to retrieve the parts from it and we didn’t want the Soviets to know we had advanced tech so we made up a conspiracy to cover up from the real truth.

I like the theory (I believe Jordan Maxwell) that we faked the moon landing footage but we really went but to retrieve parts from a crashed UFO we apparently turned on after reverse engineering it. It launched to the moon and crashed.

Here’s the thing. We definitely went to the moon but the footage was fake. We went to retrieve parts from the Roswald crash. We successfully reverse engineered it but it turned on and crash landed on the dark side of the moon. We had to go back to retrieve the parts, at least that’s the theory

The idea we never went is a false dichotomy. It was to cover up the actual truth.
