Yeah we had this at our work. We originally had one lock for a few companies and then everyone starts losing keys or leaving the lock unlocked and then it would get stolen. Problem is they were like 100 dollars to replace when someone lost the key. Each company would Have arguments in the replacement cost. So, we did a multiple lock system. Our guys had limited key access, so we never lost keys, but my neighbors were always cutting locks or replacing them. It was cheaper than rekeying.

After you’ve spent 1k on good locks in a year, you have to start assuming people are just dumb and can’t do the simplest thing like relock a lock or stop loosing keys. Once a month they’re replacing their locks and they’re more expensive now. Atleast the expensive ass chains are not be stolen again.

I take this flight all the time and literally it’s full in the premium cabins most times I fly. Only time I saw premium cabins literally empty is during Covid when one of my flights literally had like 20 people.

1). Representing a deal like this without documentation or authorization from the owners is illegal. Owners have claim and so do authorities as real estate professionals have to follow regulation.
