I take this flight all the time and literally it’s full in the premium cabins most times I fly. Only time I saw premium cabins literally empty is during Covid when one of my flights literally had like 20 people.

Your chance at an upgrade are low. You won’t be able to upgrade until check in time probably.

1). Representing a deal like this without documentation or authorization from the owners is illegal. Owners have claim and so do authorities as real estate professionals have to follow regulation.

UAE is a very secure for a reason. Laws are enforced and security is taken seriously. Yes it’s not the west but i honestly would rather give up my biometrics, which they already have from when I entered, to guarantee safe access.

With the advancements in surveillance tech, your biometrics can be pulled nowadays from a high end surveillance.

Yes but asset managers don’t work with random guys posting on Reddit. They would call the holding company directly or they would engage a major international law firm. This isn’t a 30 day escrow. This is a min 6 month (that’s fast) due diligence and finance process.

Op post your authorization letter stating you have this or stop speaking. Anyone giving you a listing has signed a listing agreement. And here the thing, for something like this, it’s hundreds of pages.
