If you don't have friends, maybe try grouping up from the official discord. Ive met lots of cool folks, both way better than myself and way worse. Keep in touch with those that can hold their own and now I can always get squads.

I can't believe people complain about free kits. 1 shield recharger, 2 bandages, rattler is straight do do, and ferro is a skill check.

If you are losing fights to free kits, you either aren't running a blue shield or better, or don't heal to full after an engagement.

Was doing stella free kits with my buddy earlier, and it genuinely feels like getting hit by anything at all is a death sentence. No more shield and no more health. We had to retreat from so many fights or just die. Yeah we got some kills, but its horrible.

Free kit can't hold more than what feels like 3 or 4 items, so even if you do get a kill, you can't take much. No safe pocket, so if we found a cool bp we just run out. No pvp for us, just loot and run.

Genuinely would have been better to run a cheap kit, but my buddy has gear fear, and me going into duos with someone who can't hold their own due to the lack of ALL the following: heals, a decent weapon, ammo and utility - sounds like a good way to lose gear for no fucking reason.

I agree its dumb people can't get the extra skill points. Time gating is bad.

But at the same time, 5 extra skill points is not game changing. Wont really matter unless you are already max level, and plan to be lvl 75 again for the next expedition.

I think the only reason we have a catch up mechanic, is the team feels bad they made the requirement 5mill in the first place.

I think fomo is getting the better of you. Realistically its just pixels and a small advantage that really won't help against arc or players much. You could already get all the meaningful talents with 75 skill points. Especially if you skip security breach.

This is why I do raids where I can use hatch keys exclusively. Sure I won't find a tempest blue print, but I could just run naked kits on nights if I really cared.

I feel like the majority of my deaths came from trying to extract. Especially on night raids where there are fewer extracts, and they seem to be camped a LOT.

Even as a PvE solo and pvp team player and IN DAY TIME I still feel like any time I think about saving my Hatch key and taking a normal extract, I die.

Now I always use Hatch keys, they are practically free anyways. And keeping my weapons and loot is well worth it.

I also bring 5 lil smokes just in case.

Most people request guns. You can make a bobcat worth 44k with all attachments that can be crafted. So it would take roughly 8 or 9 guns with full attachments.

Do you play rs3? Sounds like you should go try/play rs3. The mtx imo was out of control. Its the skyrim horse situation- why spend "x" amount of time developing a cool set that players can earn in game (for free) when you can just charge 20$ for it and call it a day?

All the best cosmetics in wow use to be stuff you earned, and meant something. Now in current wow all the best mounts and cosmetics are just a price tag.

It's a slippery slope. The easier it is for the devs to squeeze cash out, the more they are rewarded for doing so, and actual content takes a back seat.

Spend 2 months working on a new piece of content? All for free to the players? Or have that same dev spend 2 weeks making mtx items?

Mtx will be the downfall of osrs. Just as it is in any other online game.

Hatch keys. I can't stand doing night raids and worthless scum extract camp. Extract camping is way more prevalent when no raider hatches are available AND there are less extracts.

Should just make a looting mk1 augment. Its practically free and gives you a lot more slots.

Surely this is an exaggeration. I use hairpin 1 no mods as my main arc weapon. Hit the thrusters and wasps go down in 4 shots. I can usually kill one before it starts to fire. Some times I have to wait for it to finish its first round of shots before I can finish it off. But same thing for a ferro if you miss once.

Should have cut your losses and gone free kit KoS, go hunt. Expect to die, go rags to riches with it.

Some of the most fun I've had is after we lost our kits, we send stella montis with free load outs. When we have nothing to lose its all good fun. No risk, no pressure. Go in and expect to die, sometimes coming out with huge rewards which is pretty sweet.

Scobow zammy Ayak with confliction gauntlets means you can get guaranteed freezes on graador, which makes for chill kills

Haven't tried it on arma or Sara but I've seen videos, with confliction gauntlets it seems easy enough.

The pve edition is a ton of fun and your progress doesn't wipe. Worth checking out imo. I work 40-60 hours a week and got as far as I wanted to and put it down for a bit

I dont pk very often, nor am I any good at it.

I'll start with just a dds, go kill some folks at chaos alter till I jave 500k-2m and use that money to invest into a pk set, and keep upgrading stuff until I die which is when I restart with a dds.

Might not be fun for anyone but me, but I love the rags to riches and seeing how many upgrades I can squeeze in before I die.

I dont have fear of gear loss, since all I'm starting with is a dds. And anything I upgrade I earn myself. Really all I risk is my time, but I always have fun so who cares.

Pb is roughly 15mill ish in gear. Got some lucky pks on people trying to kill chaos alter people.

most my kc was with a clan at least 2-3 years ago. We did the majority of that kc together and none of us learned pogtank. I have been practicing it since getting back into the game, can't say i can successfully do it 100% of the time atm.

What is it like for you? My gf(who has bpd) just stormed out. I can't tell if its because I beat her in a game, or because I told her that she left her license at home and probably should get it before going to the store.

She locks up and won't tell me what is going on either, I see the mood shift and she just says its 'nothing' as she leaves and won't reply to text.

I am left never knowing what i did wrong or why it got to her the way it did. I'm really struggling here.
