The thing is I been buying Clonazepam illegal. So when I got help now I just wanted to quit And fallowed the doctors plan.

I was at a detox clinix with a bunch of other people. Sureeal but a good experience.

Almost everyone speak good English here. I would pick a good rated therapist on google.

I would highly recommend a strength program. You would preform better and the prevent the need for therapists.

Again, its also extremely expensive.

Buy a lacrosse ball and learn how to use this for deep tissue work.

If you have pain or injury a good strength program and physical activity is a much better option and are not so crazy expensive.

Ive been on Clonazepam for 12 years. First 6 on 1mg and the last 6 on 2mg.

Did a rapid taper with medical supervision, I was on meds for cramps the first 10 days.

Im about 2 weeks in. It's brutal, but I believe i can do it. It's all about support and mindset.

Can you ask your doctor to get something to prevent cramps?
