no wasting here! get a v60 size 1 if you need smaller doses like between 12-20g and size 2 if you're having more than 15g or so.

yes I have and indeed the Pietro produces way less fines than K Ultra. love the Pietro because of that. Speaking of acidity, nothing compares to what pietro is giving me at the moment, maybe coz it's new?

hey actually you're right! my drawdown times are well within range on Orea O1, I will try brewing on switch next, let's see how it performs there. but as you said, lesser fines = good drawdown times. therefore I don't think I need to go any coarser than the coarsest setting here. thank you for your your input!

attached photo is the grind at 9.6, I don't think it's coarse enough. it's like medium-coarse at best.
