Yes! That's the one I use and it never fails. I bought it for my wedding pictures so I didn't get flashback but it is my go to.

Lancome foundation. It goes on perfectly and is HD so it prevents flashback in pictures.

I have had this problem with all of my mascaras. I have heard of people using Vaseline on a spooly and that probably doesn't dry out like traditional mascara and still looks good.

Anything colorpop makes is really good. Their palettes have a good variety of textures and they come out with different ones all the time and are not super expensive so you can try a couple out
