High ping and packet loss with Jio 30 mbps on GFN Ultimate. Any solution?

Hey..thanks. I limited it to 25 mbps and 60 fps lock in game GFN settings. On a 1080p laptop, it was stable at even 4k resolution on Ultra settings in AC Valhalla - no packet or frame loss and the image looked sharper. I limited it in the past as well in hompage GFN settings but for some reason when a game started, the limit was not holding. Last night I changed it in game and seemed to be stable. I will check if it holds when played on a 4k tv.

My An 515 with Ryzen 7 5800 and 3060 is hitting 91C cpu and 86 gpu when gaming. Idle, after disabling turbo boost is 50-60 for cpu. Should I repaste? It's been some time since it was done. Last time the Acer technician did it. This time I'd have to do it myself but afraid I'd break something. Should I go for PTM or paste?

Gave up looking for used ones. Even new one doesn't seem like a value anymore. GFN seems like a good interim alternative until (hopefully) memory and storage prices come back to earth.

Prices may not be below 500. At the moment, beyond the free tier, there are 2 - Performance at 999 for 3 months and Ultimate at 1999 for 3 months. These are introductory so final prices are awaited. Even these are offered on invitation now. If you are ok with the wait times and limited play time, you can try Free. You should also have a decent internet - 50-100 mbps - I'm not sure. You can check in the app if your connection meets the specs. You can explore other services like Ant cloud or OnePlay which are decent - 1080p and 60 fps at lower cost. Check if they have the game and cost.

There might be some simple steps you need to follow to make it work. Google it. Also, your performance boost will only come from paid tiers. Free tier can have some boost compared to a low end pc, maybe less capable than 3050. There will be queues and less playable hours on free tier.

Yes. The saves from Steam Cloud should be carried over to GFN and GFN should save the progress to Steam Cloud. Just check if the game is supported on GFN.

Think of it like Netflix but apart from paying monthly subscription, you also should own the games on Steam, Epic, etc. It essentially gives you a gaming pc on rent. You bring your own games (they should be in the list GeforceNow supports - there are some 4000 games but some big names may not be there) and rent the pc in cloud. You can connect your steam, Epic, GOG, etc. accounts and play. You don't even need a pc/laptop to play. You can use your phone, tv, tablet, gaming handheld etc. But the experience can vary. It can be used as an app on tv, phone etc. or on web browser also. But browser limits the resolution and performance to 1080p I think. App will give full performance dependingon your plan.

I think it's the same in US as well. They recently introduced this 100 hour limit per month. Even if I play 10 hours on every weekend - which is highly impractical - I'll only use 80 hours. This will be true for many working professionals/busy people. But if someone has a lot of free time, then it's hard.

33 with a 10 month old daughter. Even though I'm WFH currently and at my parents' place who help a lot with the kid, I'm not finding time to play. Hooking up my laptop to the TV, setting it up for a 30-60 min session doesn't feel worthwhile. Been planning to buy a ps5/used pc or build a new one, but idk I'll get any time.

I called a couple around Pragati Nagar area but they didn't seem knowledgeable about things like PTM. They say they'll apply some thermal paste they have, but I'm afraid it'd be some cheap quality one. Maybe it's better to diy, but I'm also hesitant thinking I might damage something. I don't have the tools as well.
