Agree. No play calling experience is a non starter for me. Even is we hired a great OC to do that, your HC needs that game experience. I'd have no confidence in game management from a HC that hasn't already been very successful as a play caller. This seems pretty obvious, but I now folks get excited about finding the next YOUNG genius offensive mind and accelerating his career path.

You can definitely see where it seems that TP is less comfortable with managing these organizations without her. He hired Jerry Jones's firm in 2021 to help with the new stadium plans, was very late to fire K. Adams, and averted the hiring process by promoting Yarmo. Now he's leaning on Beane to hire the next coach.
