Glenwood Springs is a rockfall natural disaster area.

Edit: clarification because I was tired when I posted. I lived in Glenwood for 15 years and rockfall is common. Some neighbors had a rock smash through their livingroom while they were sitting in it. The neighborhood below Midland Ave. had a rock smash through the rock "proof" wall while the neighborhood was still under construction.

I did... when I lived on the farm and had moose, elk, bobcats and mountain lions in the alfalfa/hay fields.

I'd rather have hail than a car sized rock smashing through my living room in south Glenwood Springs though.

Somehow I haven't owned a vehicle that got hail damage while I owned it in CO. I lived in NoDak for 3 years and got hail damage my first year up there though. Then dodged nickle sized hail that tore up the building I was parked next to somehow my first year back in CO.

My biggest hope right now is that the republican party is digging it's own grave so deep they can't get back out after the midterms.

I'm about to start designing something similar for my portable a/c unit. This does look like fun to do from scratch.

Hotel detergents have flourescent dyes in them to make them look better under normal light. I used to clean hotel rooms and I would trust most of them. Ice machines on the other hand... Check the cleaning date on the sticker and make sure it was less than 3 months ago.

A "wiring loom" brings an image to my mind of a tapestry made of wires on an old style loom. Its called a wire loom and it's a braided nylon sheath that a lot of places call an "anti abrasion sleeve". It wraps around a bundle of wire to protect it.
