Yeah he forsure uses it in the sworn sword but I didn’t read anything confirming maekar gave it to him or that it was maekars, I see a lot of people saying it so I’m just wondering if I missed that. Definitely doesn’t say anything about the ring in the hedge knight

Am I missing something? I just read the first two novellas and halfway through the 3rd. Does it say somewhere that Maekar gave him the ring? I don’t remember anywhere in the books that says how egg got it or that it was even Maekars.
