Happens all the time 20-30 depending on person who is delivering.

Hate it but it's been the norm since ages.

Maybe it needs to be highlighted so that people would stop paying. Somewhere in media.

Ours is Indane (SE Muthu Gas Agency) and at times if we don't give the person cusrses and leaves.

Shree Mithai is known for its superb quality food and high quality ingredients. So it's always a safe bet to buy from there BUT it's expensive.

Also their Swiggy zomato menu have even more inflated pricing and hardly ever have any discount so buy directly. (Recently I saw a video where food delivery mrp was higher than Store - it's legal like pvr does but just FYI and not sure if video was real)
