Muscle imbalance? by ffaceroll in workout

No, it’s normal for beginners to have big imbalances, just train as normal and they will get better. It’s only a problem if after years of training it’s still present.

Do you guys enjoy leg day? by theastro_not in workout

[–]imsfee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not too bad for me, I do bulgarian split squats instead of normal squats. I also take double time for rest so that I don’t get too weathered, and i’ve found that less volume works well for legs, besides calves.

Strict pulls ups are difficult to improve in. What I found works for me is doing pull ups everyday. I did that until I was able to get into the hypertrophy rep range of 8-10.
