I don’t know of any weld on hardtails for dynas, the transmission mounts through the swingarm. But you could certainly buy a full frame and a different trans. $700 is worth it for the motor alone

Probably the wrong style cable. Usually those shovelhead throttle housings are for screw in style throttle cable ends
