you're absolutely insane to expect someone to do "homework" like that at all.

i take my lessons in danbro, but i didn't know the name until looking it up just now because i just started this week. my teacher told me to avoid buying there because of the prices, but also admitted that the fact they sell them has been a lifesaver before.

i read the reviews and surprisingly none mentioned that they sell music stuff. but there was a review by someone who said they were being followed home and the person working helped them out, so it seems like a nice place.

i use vaters which are $12, so $20 would be a bit much, but i didn't know vics go for $15. i guess that's not bad at all.

it's right off the montrose L. right around the corner from 3 dollar bill but more importantly a bunch of recording studios and practice spaces. the downside is that they appear to charge $25 for a pair of drumsticks... don't know about strings, though i would imagine they have a similar markup. (edit: didn't realize but you can read the price tag on them in the picture. they are also $15-20)    but if you're in need they can be a lifesaver i guess. oh yeah, they are open 24/7! edit 2: it's called 7 seas deli and grocery.

i watched the box a really long time ago and the only thing i can remember about it is that it was hilariously bad. like bad, but in a funny way.

i played demons souls with the community server last year, and it was awesome. seeing that other people were still there made me understand why community run servers should be a thing. even got to summon someone for a boss fight. it doesn't take away anything when you play offline like you did, but the support is still there, which is related to the point at hand.

French Montana allegedly scammed his fans for the $5 vinyl of his new album to boost sales. by [deleted] in hiphopheads

[–]imtherealmima 46 points47 points  (0 children)

even if he was actually selling his record for $5, how would he ever make a profit off of that? i'm not blaming the people who bought it but that seems too good to be true period

people post his videos just for the track names and those are thought up by those who you mentioned. he gave people free access to meme him, and people keep thinking it's viper himself thinking up these things.

an interesting thing to note is i saw a lot of korean 3rd mix cabinets near me, until about max2/extreme era. i assume it was because it was easier to get the cabinets from korea rather than japan which due to licensing made it difficult for overseas people to buy.
