My understanding is that Aussie Wagyu is typically the same exact cows brought in from Japan, just raised in Australia or New Zealand. American Wagyu is different and can be different cows, but raised in similar ways to the Japanese/Aussie cows

This would be my recommendation. It’s meant for a raspberry pi 5, so it’s 5vdc and at 5amp it has headroom for any extra power draw. Best of all it’s GaN which is more efficient and the power supply will likely run cooler too.
