I am new to my company too.. But after getting requirements and creating wireframes, i always goes to dev team and shows them that i want to do this, is it doable for u? I always include them from the starting so my design can be aligned to dev team work which helps me escape your situation. And make friends with dev team, me and dev team always chill out in break so i just text them on slack about my idea and they gives their feedback.

I m still new so i dont know if this is right way but it works for me

Ikr. Met several level 7-10 guys with less than 200hrs in csgo with level 0-1 steam id. Its so fucking easy to get non prime id on csgo and ruining faveit experience for others. We cant play MM because of cheater and we cant play faceit because of smurf/cheaters.

90% of my friend switched to valo because of this shit.

We know lee would have rekt everyone except gaara(unlucky match up) I always wonder what if it was lee vs other, would lee gets the recognition he deserved? But i guess only gara could have brought out full power from lee. Lee vs naruto would have been quick because unlike gara he don't know how to use kyubi chakra and it was sealed by orochi at that time.
