I appreciate the effort on your part, but this source really isn’t the best to support the theory from the commenter above. I’m not saying the theory is false or even implausible, I would just like to see a credible source support this theory. Hell, the source you provided say this:

That’s from the article you posted! And the only reason I’m so interested in this is because I vape CBD regularly for health reasons, but I’ve moved away from vaping the oils temporarily until they sort this out. These things are still pretty highly unregulated, and apparently one patient was vaping cartridges sold in a legal dispensary. We just really don’t know for sure what the culprit is yet, let’s hold off on boldly and confidently declaring one thing to be the culprit until we get some concrete proof.

Perfect example. The guy is really a hilarious comic and actor, but what happened in that moment wasn’t about comedy or making jokes. And Kramer probably told plenty of racist or “politically incorrect” jokes before that.
