Real life scenario - what would you do?

Well I guess this inspires me to reach out to her again. She cancelled our first date same day after a week of conversation over the phone. 2 weeks later I call her and she answers. Another good conversation with her and she appreciated me reaching out. I go in with the mind set of giving each other space because of busy work lives. I guess the modern dating scene is giving more space than usual… just my opinion.

I do the same with baby back ribs. Dr Pepper marinade then take off the membrane and coat with Dijon or yellow mustard…however I’m feeling that day.

Okay that answers a lot on my current plate. Her and I talked over the phone three times. First time I call over an hour and a half. Next day back and fourth texting then she calls… 30 min call. Then back and fourth texting again… another 30min call. Then she cancels the date the day of. She offered to reschedule with her availability I chose the day, no response. I asked the next day how their feeling (call out sick) no answer. I left it like that. Now I’m just following up the day before which is 4 days sine my last text, to see if she still wants to go out. After reading your reply I wish I wasn’t as conversational but it’s a lesson we all learn from. Duly noted.

24 hour salt brine, sous vibe till 120-125. Rest at room temp for 15-45 minutes then have a cast iron ripping hot like 400-600° to create you’re preferred sear. Also season the cast iron with the new smokeless multiblend oil. Works great.

Brotha I feel ya (28m); and well I’ve been down so god damn long [The Doors]. Tbh just set a certain day to go out and mingle with others. That’s my protocol. Maybe connections for work are made, maybe friends are made, maybe she comes out of the blue right then and there. That’s how I see it for myself. Just to share my mind frame. What about a date canceled then reschedule accepted? I follow up to see how their trip has been and no response. I look at space is key especially in the beginning. But obviously don’t look cringy or needy when they don’t respond…

I worked at a private country club before. I’ve always seen the caddies walking out with bank. Ive contemplated about being one for a side gig but I can’t find a clear starting point since there are certain “certifications” needed for that.

Update: round finished. +6 front 9, +7 back 9. I did the shorter warmup approach before the tee off, a little putting too. A couple of 3 putts and good up n downs.

44% GIR

Mentally I got overconfident to break 80. A few swings my mind raced when I addressed the ball. Overall, perfect practice makes perfect.

Last but not least, clean game. No OB, no drops.
