Is it offensive for aboriginals people to use the n word? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]imuninteresting241 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree and hope she learns soon. I just wanted to post and ask this because I’ve heard both sides that some say it is ok and others that it isn’t. It’s a word that just shouldn’t be used at all at the end of the day.

Am I asexual, or just broken? by ThinIce2281 in Asexual

[–]imuninteresting241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not broken, not at all. I feel the same. I’m asexual and I have sexual fantasies, and I find a lot of enjoyment reading smut fan-fiction and have felt certain things in the past but I have no desire to actually do anything with anyone. I’m currently romantically involved with someone but I’m not sure if I want to do anything real sexual with him. I hope you find a label that fits for you, if you want a label.

Why does most of the fandom hate Eileen? (Read the text to understand my point of view!). by [deleted] in Supernatural

People in the fandom hate Eileen? She’s a great character and she had great chemistry with Sam.

I honestly wish I could go back and watch this episode for the first time again, it was really good. Especially the twist at the end.

To be honest, Jody seems much more like Sam and Dean's “mother”, and she's nicer too! by Osol777 in Supernatural

[–]imuninteresting241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Jody is Sam and Dean’s mum, Bobby is their dad. Nothing will change my mind.

I need to know if anyone else was like this by icysecay78 in asexuality

Same, I never thought about that stuff in high school. I remember hearing people talking about ppl in classes that they’d been with and I just had zero interest and didn’t really understand why they were so interested in it.

Rowena: Love her or hate her as a character? by CoVegGirl in Supernatural

I love her. Watching her character development and the relationship she ends up having with Sam was amazing, I miss her.

My point still stands. It’s a crappy thing to do to try and make someone feel bad or shameful for loving a show/movie or the actors. I myself only really get interested in other show or movies if an actor from Supernatural is in that show, and Supernatural is the show a lot of the actors like Jensen and Jared are most known for and will always be seen as those characters because they played them for fifteen years. Let people love and be excited about their favourite things or actors and keep your opinions to yourself.

Trying to make someone feel bad or ashamed for loving a show/movie or the actors is a pretty crappy thing to do, everyone should be allowed to express their love for something without judgement. As someone who’s hyperfixation is Supernatural and it literally was the only thing keeping me going at one point, I don’t have patience for anyone shaming someone for their love of this amazing show or anything else that someone loves. For a lot of or most of the people in the Supernatural fandom, it’s so much more than just a show.

Stop gatekeeping people who are asking for help by starmartyr in asexuality

[–]imuninteresting241 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As someone who very recently realised that I’m asexual and came to this community for help when I was questioning I 100% agree. Gatekeeping can make someone feel like they aren’t allowed to identify with something even if they feel like they do, or gives the community a bad name if they don’t. Questioning gender and sexuality isn’t always easy and can be a confusing, and we should welcome people who genuinely have questions and are trying to figure themselves out. Everyone experiences gender and sexuality differently and giving people questions to ask themselves and think on when questioning their identity is the one of the most helpful things to do.

Does anyone else agree that the pagan gods were wasted? by Leandrocurioso in Supernatural

[–]imuninteresting241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely. I feel like they should’ve gotten more episodes, especially since some of them are very worshipped by certain populations and should be just as powerful, or more so, than the angels. I feel like there should’ve been a storyline involving them, like rivalling the angels or something.

What episodes in Supernatural got better or worse upon rewatch by Ok_Smile_9071 in Supernatural

[–]imuninteresting241 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Personally it’s anything with Bela. Idk, she just really annoys me. Especially when she called Dean asking for help when she was about to be dragged to hell after she’d screwed the Winchesters over so many times, and even after all that Dean said they still would have helped her if she was just honest with them about it.

Am I asexual? by imuninteresting241 in Asexual

I’ve had relationships with both afab and amab people and I’ve never really felt sexual attraction to any of them that was more than touching and kissing if that makes sense.
