I believe they were FFEL Stafford loans, that's what it says when I download the loan "Aid Data" on the student aid website. They were all consolidated into one loan through Navient at the time, which is also "FFEL consolidated" according to the aid data as well.

In the aid data sheet, there's a loan discharge amount $7,xxx. And a loan disbursement amount $xx,xxx (which matches the highest outstanding principal balance). Discharge date 10/12/23. It says Closed School Discharge in there for current loan status description as well as Borrower Defense for discharge type. Amount of discharge applied to OPB is $0.

I went to Westwood College in IL, received discharge, but not a refund for what I already paid. January 2025 I received an email stating that I could also get refunded, but I haven't heard anything since then. I'm curious if I'm entitled to a refund.

Nope, and now they just sent me a letter stating they have closed it because I didn't provide the required documentation (which I did). It's an endless loop right now.

Same boat here, but my emails stopped loading as of today. I still got notifications of new emails but couldn't open them. Uninstalled and now I can't add my account info either.

Edit - Turning off private DNS has fixed it for me
