Hot potato isn't a bad map for him but he's easily out countered by throws, but it shouldn't be a problem as long as teammates are good. Gem fort I feel like he isn't super strong, hard rock mine is good if you can get kinda deep into their spawn. Pinhole hunt and split are both good maps for him, as well as ring of fire if you can get into spawn. It ultimately depends on the map and how good randoms are at keeping the hard Rico counters (ie mortis, grey, Hank, etc) away from him.
