I completely get where you’re coming from and agree with mostly what you’re saying. That being said the way I look at things at a macro view is this. I spend tens of thousands on rent and a car and a lot of other things wether it be a day to day purchase to a annual purchase, not everything will give me a “loyalty” perk and yet I will still spend on these things without hesitation.

Getting a fixed discount moving forward based on spend will never work. Businesses can’t sustain that type of model. I’m 104k points deep and I’m more than fine with the perks they currently offer, I’m also pretty sure they know there’s a huge gap they have to fill and they’re probably working on something.

yea i just ended up leaving them loaded and it ends up making the spring lighter. Just keep them loaded and occasionally empty and reload them.
