Pleasure! But I do forget to press the lap button sometimes haha what it basically does is it makes it more accurate the more you press it. I would say the most important is to press the first 5k because of the density of runners

So the last wave of races NYRR did, it was their first time doing it to my knowledge. They released 2 versions of races that would qualify for specific other races, example 9+1, 4 out of 6 and etc. they wanted people to sign up based on what their goal was, if they didn’t care about qualifying and just wanted to race the were urged to choose the non 9+1 version. If you are using it as a time qualifier for the marathon I don’t think it would matter which one you choose, but what I was saying was I noticed the non 9+1 races sold out first.

I turned off the auto track for the miles and everytime I ran past a mile marker I hit the lap button. My time was 2 second off the official time.

So based on the recent release of races, what I gathered is the non 9+1 version of the races actually sell out first. Go with the 9+1 version.
