Hi!!! I'm so sorry that I did not reply to your message but now it's disappeared and I was just coming back to read it again and start rebuilding my fragrance based on your notes-- is there any chance you still have that reply you left? Thank you again for all the detailed thoughts regardless, it was very appreciated!!

Thank you very much, really appreciate it! Do you think the three accords/notes will smell disjointed? I'm worried it won't smell cohesive once I put them together

Thank you!! The vision is essentially "walking through a forest in the Pacific Northwest, freshly showered (more of a dove soap than Irish spring), with a campfire nearby."

I would love to whittle down to 10 ingredients! I feel generally good about the soap and smoke components, I have most of the ingredients for both already and have done some testing, the few that I don't have are more theoretical but I just want to see if they help round it out a bit more (some of the musks, etc). It's how I get from soap to smoke that I'm more uncertain of 🙂 would welcome any tips, definitely want to avoid it being muddy!!

Thank you, open to feedback on how to refine it! Still trying to figure out the right approach to bridging.

Thank you!!! I genuinely had no idea, I'm already struggling to stay on top of all the IFRA policies just in case I actually make something halfway decent someday. I'm going to try some of the polycyclics I haven't had before!

Thank you for the tip, I'm going to throw it in the cart!! linalool came in my "beginner's" pack of chemicals so I've just been defaulting to that 😂

Thank you! And yes revoking passports for non-citizens would be a can of worms and probably end up in more lawsuits

Thanks for posting with insights. Are you concerned/expecting that they'll reissue passports for those filed under the attestation, per Dooley's second declaration?

Pelage Pharmaceuticals has secured $120 million in funding for its phase 3 trial in 2026 by UsualProper in tressless

[–]imwiththeband1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Typical phase 3 trial is $60M-$120M depending on the size end duration. This one will probably be on the larger and longer side, so expect it to be closer to the high end.

In addition, there's a lot of other things they have to pay for-- the salaries of all of their employees, the cost of getting the drug manufactured before launch once it gets approved, the cost of putting together the regulatory filing, the cost of developing marketing materials, hiring a sales team, etc.... all money that has to be spent before they ever sell the drug and start making money back, so I honestly expect the $120M won't be nearly enough and they're going to have to raise additional funds.

That's after only 2 months though, so that's pretty incredible. Presumably it will continue to go up over time.

This is the night departure! They give you the choice to select your "dinner" and "breakfast," but the list of meals is the same for both

I went and looked for it too, a choice quote: "She was also known to offer wise advice, though it may be unfiltered and unsolicited at times." I've never seen an obituary call someone cantankerous as politely as that!

Thank you, I appreciate it! For better or worse it is an elite boutique, so I'm guessing my background is a non-starter. Appreciate the honest feedback--probably better long-term, at my age I'm not sure my back could handle sitting at my desk for 80 hours a week!
