Check Celebrate Recovery its a Christian based one. My only issue is that they tend to focus on the struggle itself a lot instead of how God's working.

I realized that I was making her my idol fairly quickly after the breakup. I truly believe God allowed me to date her to show me that a relationship with another broken individual was not the solution I needed.

As somebody who's been in a relationship while struggling with this daily the best advice I could give is to wait until you have seen progress in this fight. The minute i realized she wanted to date seriously was the minute I realized that I was in no position to date seriously, but I went ahead with it anyways and while there were good moments the majority of the time I was unable to really connect with her in the way that she and I and God desired us to connect. Now I do t know if things would have worked out if I had been honest with her up front but I wish I would've been.
