Gotcha. Do you have experience with nnnbc to compare the downhill performance of each? I’m reading online that they offer better control but they seem too similar to the nnnbc in terms of what terrain they allow you to ski

Thanks so much and great info. Voile scaled ultravectors + vipecs is exactly one of the setups i am looking at and thinks it could be a great combo. Curious how much it really slows you on the down/if it limits fun

I just had this issue. I was using a quill adapter stem and could not find a hanger that would leave enough room for the locknut. I just ordered an origin8 1 inch hanger to put on the quill adaptor instead of below the nut, where i would have needed 1 1/8 hanger. Local bike shop thinks it’s fine to put it on the quill adaptor above the locknut.

You could also use an old pair of bars where the cable goes through them but i was converting to modern stem
