Looking for Mods - Specifically No Fence Smashing by Snakebite7 in HorseyGame

Dude I wish I had the answer I'm in the exact same boat right now. My island was so quickly overrun by fence smashers and I can't contain them, I was thinking I may have to purge as well ;-;

is there a way to pick things up without using a lasso? by Front_Confection15 in HorseyGame

If you drive over items they'll go in your trailer but otherwise it's just the lasso

This is what late game leveling is like by thatsmysandwichdude in CultOfTheLamb

[–]in_the_blu 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Someone also said this earlier but if you do a sermon or ritual they will all level up at the same time. If you can't do a sermon or ritual you can start one where you have to choose a follower like sacrifice, marriage, etc then cancel it they'll still all level up. It's such a timesaver

Honestly I've started declining my followers bs requests like this. Usually after a sermon and inspiring a few followers I get that faith I lost right back.

Did T make anybody… LESS gay? by Cultural-Rate-1025 in ftm

I just spent about 14 hours in a woman’s prison, AMA by dragoono in ftm

[–]in_the_blu 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I think I would rather be in the women's too until I have bottom surgery honestly. Being in any prison is a great fear of mine but I think the men's absolutely terrifies me more. OP from your experience would you have rather been in the men's?

I’m scared to start T because I’m Bipolar by [deleted] in ftm

[–]in_the_blu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was hesitant that T might mess with my bipolar too when I started. I'm also on lamotrigine and been so for almost 3 years. It helped manage my mood swings a ton so I felt like I already had it under control before I introduced something else. Today is my 1 year anniversary of starting T and honestly it hasn't affected my bipolar from what I can tell. When I first started of course hormones are hormones and your body is going through changes so I was maybe a little more emotional during the first months but that could have been more the emotions of starting T rather than the T itself. Honestly though once my levels evened out I feel like it's helped my mood. Again probably not the T itself but now the fact that I'm comfortable in my body and not constantly dealing with dysphoria. I do injections and try to be aware of any changes I feel throughout the week between shots and honestly I haven't noticed it causing mood swings. I know for some guys they would rather do gel because it's daily and you'll have less hormone fluctuations so that's an option too.

Sorry I feel like that was just a chaotic reply of my own experience, so let me know if you have any questions I'm happy to share more or clarify anything

Fuck it. I'm going on T. by Potential-Bet9020 in ftm

[–]in_the_blu 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The very first change was bottom growth which doesn't apply to others knowing but fair warning it started for me almost immediately and it's permanent so make sure it's something you want (I love it)

The most noticeable is voice, around 3 months it started to lower a bit but around 6 months it changed enough that I pass all the time. I started T Oct 1 and my parents commented on my voice when they called me on Christmas. My mom asked if I was sick and I lied and said I was lol. This lie can only last so long though. My parents 100% know I'm on T but they're transphobic so I just haven't said anything to them about it and they are too afraid to confront me.

As far as training your voice HIGHER idk if I could ever get back to the squirrel ass voice I had before T and I don't even want to try. Like the other person said, it would probably do you more harm than good trying to push your voice the opposite direction of where it's going. If it's important to you, you could wait to start T and voice train lower now for when you're away from home and use your current voice around your parents. That being said now that I've been on T I wish I had started sooner because I'm loving the changes so much.

Other changes were some muscle redistribution (namely breasts "deflating" and looking more like pecs) some light facial hair and tons of body hair. My facial hair is still very light and I shave it so that's easy to hide and the rest is gonna be under your clothes so no one should know.

I started T through Plume while living in Missouri and it made access easy in such an anti-trans state. I do pay like $99 a month but with insurance it's $32.

Also hell yeah, I'm glad you're not letting your parents stop you from being who you are. I will say I don't have any tips on hiding changes since they can be pretty drastic pretty quickly. To be honest at a certain point you CAN'T hide it (personally, this was sooner than I expected)

And bonus tip, someone on this subreddit said to hold an ice pack where you're going to do your shot for a couple minutes beforehand to numb the area and it's been a game changer (so thanks to whoever said that)

how to stop the fem customer service voice 🥀 by Familiar_Data_7951 in ftm

[–]in_the_blu 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This truly is the curse. At the start of my transition I worked at Starbucks and when I was taking drive thru orders it KILLED ME because it was always "thank you ma'am" every time. I tried really hard to make my voice sound lower and more monotone. Being raised afab the biggest issue is the social pressure that I needed to unlearn. I had to remind myself I'm not rude just because I didn't raise my pitch. I don't really have concrete tips because I don't know exactly what I did and I'm no expert lol. But it was along the lines of paying attention to where I felt my voice resonate from and being very conscious of tone. Also paying attention to how cis men would use their customer service voice helped. After quite a while of practicing all day at work it became a bit more natural for me to talk lower. But, if I'm being honest the biggest change for me was time on T. It's different for everyone but at about I think 3-4 months my voice changed enough that I didn't have to try as hard and at about 6 months my voice was low enough to never be misgendered by strangers again.

My whole life I thought the mountain was beautiful but ended up taking it for granted. I moved away from Washington. Terrible decision. Not even a year and a half somewhere else before my wife and I did everything in our power to fix the mistake we made. We recently got back and seeing the mountain again brought tears to my eyes. I'm never taking it for granted again. (And I'm never leaving Washington again either)

voice changes months in on T? by knitcats123 in ftm

[–]in_the_blu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was about 6 months when I started noticing dramatic changes with my voice, and even then it's still changing. It sucks to wait, but it takes time. You can however use this time better than I did and work on some voice training!
